Madagascar Vanilla Bean Martini

  1. Split the Beyond Good Madagascar Vanilla Bean in half, lengthwise.

  2. Scrape out the vanilla bean seeds into a cocktail mixing glass.

  3. Add the gin and dry vermouth.

  4. Add 4 cubes of ice and stir 20 times, until cold.

  5. Strain into martini glass and garnish with Beyond Good Madagascar Vanilla Bean.
