Madagascar Vanilla Bean Martini
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz. Gin
- 0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth
- ½ Beyond Good Madagascar Vanilla Bean

Split the Beyond Good Madagascar Vanilla Bean in half, lengthwise.

Scrape out the vanilla bean seeds into a cocktail mixing glass.

Add the gin and dry vermouth.

Add 4 cubes of ice and stir 20 times, until cold.

Strain into martini glass and garnish with Beyond Good Madagascar Vanilla Bean.
