Return Policy

Because we sell food items, we are unable to accept returns, but we want to make sure you are happy with your order and will refund or replace it if that is not the case. Please reach out to lenny@beyondgood.com with any questions, concerns, or to ask for a recommendation. 

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive from the time of placement, depending on proximity to Brooklyn, NY.

We use UPS Ground for all non-summer orders. During warmer months, we ship chocolate on ice in an insulated packaging system. We charge a higher flat rate for shipping during warmer months to accommodate for the added cost of shipping on ice.

We ship vanilla products to all 50 states, but only ship chocolate to the lower 48 and DC.

Unfortunately we aren't able to ship internationally, outside the contiguous United States, or to military bases (yet!). We're also unable to offer customization in gift sets at this time.
