Chocolate Pretzel Spiderwebs

Use your favourite Beyond Good Chocolate bar to create different flavours

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 2 minutes

Serves: 6

 

48 pretzel sticks 

75g (1 bar) Beyond Good Pure Dark Hazelnut Chocolate 

10g Halloween sprinkles 

12 candy eyes 

 

Place 8 pretzel sticks in a star shape onto a sheet of parchment paper, and repeat until you have 6 stars.  Roughly chop the chocolate bar and microwave it in 30-second intervals until it is melted fully. Pour the melted chocolate into a small piping bag and cut a small hole at the end. Pipe a circle of chocolate in the centre of the star to secure the pretzel sticks, then pipe a spiderweb pattern onto the pretzels. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle it with the Halloween sprinkles and add two candy eyes for a spooky feel.
