Vanilla Honey Toast
For the Toast:
1 Loaf of brioche
100g butter
50g light brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Beyond Good Pure Vanilla Extract
To serve:
Vanilla ice cream
½ tsp vanilla powder
Toffee sauce
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut the brioche into 6 even slices, about 3cm thick and cut off the crusts.
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, softened butter, honey and pure vanilla extract. Mix together until it forms a paste. Spread the butter mixture all over the slices of brioche.
Place them on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and flip over. Bake for another 10 minutes until each side is golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a drying rack for 15 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce.
