Vanilla Honey Toast
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of brioche
- 100g butter
- 50g light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Beyond Good Pure Vanilla Extract
To serve:
- Vanilla ice cream
- ½ tsp Beyond Good Pure Ground Vanilla Powder
- Toffee sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut the brioche into 6 even slices, about 3cm thick and cut off the crusts.
- In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, softened butter, honey and pure vanilla extract. Mix together until it forms a paste. Spread the butter mixture all over the slices of brioche.
- Place them on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and flip over. Bake for another 10 minutes until each side is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a drying rack for 15 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce.
