Berry Vanilla Smoothie

This berry-banana smoothie is packed with fruit, creamy yogurt, and a spoonful of Beyond Good Pure Ground Vanilla, which naturally enhances sweetness without any added sugar. That means no need for honey, maple syrup, or sweeteners of any kind.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 tsp Beyond Good Pure Ground Vanilla
  • ½ cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • ½ cup ice (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour into two glasses, top with extra berries or a sprinkle of ground vanilla if you’re feeling fancy.
