Berry Vanilla Smoothie
This berry-banana smoothie is packed with fruit, creamy yogurt, and a spoonful of Beyond Good Pure Ground Vanilla, which naturally enhances sweetness without any added sugar. That means no need for honey, maple syrup, or sweeteners of any kind.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1 tsp Beyond Good Pure Ground Vanilla
- ½ cup milk (or milk alternative)
- ½ cup ice (optional, for a thicker texture)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into two glasses, top with extra berries or a sprinkle of ground vanilla if you’re feeling fancy.
