Vanilla Vinaigrette


  • 3/4 cup premium extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons Beyond Good Madagascar Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (or about 1 small lemon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
  1. Add all ingredients into an airtight glass jar with a lid.

  2. Cover and shake well.

  3. Store in the fridge until ready to use.

NOTE: If refrigerated for a long period, the dressing will separate and the oil can solidify. When that happens, allow the dressing to warm up to room temperature, shake to combine again, and it's ready to use.
