- 3/4 cup premium extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons Beyond Good Madagascar Vanilla Extract
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (or about 1 small lemon)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
Add all ingredients into an airtight glass jar with a lid.
Cover and shake well.
Store in the fridge until ready to use.
