Espresso Chocolate Vanilla Martini
Bold espresso meets velvety dark chocolate, balanced by a hint of vanilla and the smooth warmth of vodka and coffee liqueur—an irresistible twist on a classic martini.
Serves 2 | Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 hot espresso shots (2 fl oz or 60ml)
- 1½ oz (40g) 80% Beyond Good Pure Dark Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp white granulated sugar
- 2 pinches Beyond Good Pure Ground Vanilla (about 1/8 tsp)
- 3½ fl oz vodka (100 ml)
- 2¼–2½ fl oz coffee liqueur (70 ml)
- Ice
Method
Put the hot espresso in a cocktail shaker.
Add the grated chocolate, vanilla and the granulated sugar. Stir until the chocolate and sugar are melted.
Add the vodka, coffee liqueur and a generous handful of ice.
Seal the shaker and shake hard for 20–30 seconds — you want the ice to break up and create that frothy top.
Fine-strain into two chilled coupe or martini glasses. Garnish with an extra pinch of pure ground vanilla.
